Kyle's Email Chat- 2/20/2012

This week Kyle and I got to chat back and forth again! It is soo nice getting to hear from him and having more then two sentances :) I love emails! They make my whole week. This time I decided to put up almost the whole convo. I am regular and he is in Blue.

Yay you are on! :) I am super glad you got your package. I can breathe now! I have been worried about it. Mostly just about the memory card, and the tie.... did you get them??? I hope so! Fill up that memory card babe! haha. I need pictures and videos from you! :) And I am sorry my love, but you better not be out only 2 months... cause You have been out over four ;) I am glad you are out serving the lord... but I will only let you go for two years, then I am selfish and I want you back. So either I am crazy, or you just lost track of time! :) haha. I'm pretty sure it is the second half of that ;)


Yeah I sure did get the memory card and definatly need to start using it!! :) You probaly already filled yours. I think i will copy all my photos since i started on it.. Is that cheating??? ;) Luv Ya!Four months sounds about right!!! YA That really is crazy because i tell everyone that i have two months in the mission. :) Thanx a million for the tie it really is my best tie, probably because it is blue and brand new!! Hey, Kelcee hope all is well dont forget to be the best you and not what others want you to be!! Im doen just fine, It is a little fusterating that i cant type faster, Yeah i have been in the internet cafe for 45 min and only read my emails, written pres. and checked for referals. :( It is always good to hear from you to!! We find the secret to our hapiness in our own agency!! choose to always look up. luv ya!!


I knew the blue tie would make you happy :) any requests for your next one?? This one is the best cause its from me, duh! ;) lol! Oh how hearing from you makes me happy. Actually. I have about 4 whole pictures on my entire card. I just have to say you better get on it! :) cause I want lots of videos and pics :) haha. Its not cheating! Lol. Dont worry, every video and pic sent or recieved will be saved on my computer so we will have them forever! :) guess what?? Joson deere from the nashville tribute band emailed me today :) cool huh?? I get to meet him at a concert in novemeber. Glad you are good. Sad you cant type faster :p jk. I am way too fast at it. And i'm on my phone right now! Ha. You have some more letters from my fam on the way :) this week was crazy and so fun and good for me. I'll have to tell you about it when i'm on the computwr and can email easier! I love you so much! :) be happy! P.s- ya know... You are almost at 5 months ;) not that i'm counting or anything :p hahaha. Also, I want a picture of you in that tie, cause I had a hard time picking a tie for you mr. Picky over there! I even asked your brother for his opinion I couldnt decide :p how about green?? Yes email your dad :)  He is most important! Well lets see. Uhm. I emailed jason deere telling him about me and some other girls who I have met with boys on missions and how we wanna go to the concert in november and we wanted to meet him and thank him for the work cd cause that cd gets me thru the days I miss you like crazy :p and he emailed me back! :) it was wonderful! And hmmm.... I met 4 girls who I have been talking to sice you left. Ok... Soo there is this group on facebook called i'm waiting for a missionary. I have met tons of friends thru that. But also I meet girls thru my blog. So anyways I finally met the girls that live here and I love them! We have been attached to the hip since! Lol! And I am going skydiving soon.... ;) haha. Hello crossing off something on my bucket list. And shaking an apostle's hand is something I can cross off soon. ok green it is :) and sure! I'll search the hymn book on sunday :) haha! It make take me a few weeks to find it... Biut I will! :)Ohhh there is fear :p promise! Lol. I just made this list of things I wanna do while you are gone. I have crossed a few things off of it :) haha. Oh just workin for the lord... Kyle I just love you :) oh hey! Another thing ever heard of a mini mission?? It is 2 weeks to a month. I'm doing it this summer :) I get set apart and everything!! :) so excited! Haha. i'm so glad you actually have time to talk to me today! I am grinning from ear to ear :)

That is even cooler a mini mission I know you will absolulty love it you get to teach with the spirit, This is one of my favorite things in the mission seeing the spiit touch the hearts of our investigators!! :)

Kyle David! I am going to kick your butt! Lol jk. As long as it talks about god... or is good and uplifting.. thats ok right?? lol. Uhm... just dont break too many rules please! I am a horrible girlfriend for saying this... But i'm glad you like talking to and love me enough to break the rules :p. Shhh I didnt say that! I love hearing this kinda stuff from you! I love watching peoples lives change becuase of the gospel. I have grown so much in the past few months, even more in the past year because of it!. I feel so close to the lord, and understand and love this gospel so much more then I ever have! :) I ache soo bad for everyone to feel this happiness :) thanks for being my light and my best friend. I wouldnt be here without you! :) Lol. Hey! I love you! Random. I know. But I just thought I tell ya :) haha!


That is awesome! YA I think so! :) im listening to If you could hie to kolob in spanish. i found that i like alot of songs better in spanish!! Love you!!


I am so weird. But I listen to them in spanish sometimes cause I know you do :p I like english better, probably cause I don't speak spanish :p does this mean when you get home i'm gonna have to listen tospanish music all the time?? :p ha! I wont understand a word! Yay me! That just reminded me of how you always tap your fingers to the beat :) haha. How I miss that!


YA thats right, You will have to! A lot of things will be in spanish in our house when i get back!! the funny thing is you start forgeting your english when you learn a new laguage!! Kyle's Email 2/13/12

After chatting with him, I still got an Email. Not a long one. But he did fail to mention that He got my package while chatting so I am glad he emailed me! :)

Thanx for the package, and all the photos! I love them. Especially the photos of the family! :) Love ya, but I dont know which calander you are using but i have 3 months in the mission. :) {I said I was excited he has made it  four months.. which I am right. He is wrong. We just started on month five.. so I dunno what calander HE is using :P} Keep encouraging Kelcee, and do all you can to be the best example you can and things will work out in the end! love ya!!!

Obviously short. Sweet. I love him more then anything. And I am soo glad he got his package. I hate sending stuff to mexico. I am worried it will get opened. Obviously plastering the virgin mary on them helped! :) haha.

Can't wait till next week! Love him more and more everyday!

Elder King and Clontz- Oklahoma missionaries! :)

One thing I told myself when Kyle left was that I would always always help out any missionary I met. Because I want the same for Kyle. I hope the Members in Mexico take good care of him. Upon arriving here, I had no friends, I didn't know a single person.... and walking into church my first sunday was scary to me. I made it successfully through sacrament unseen. But then it came time to go to Gospel Principals. In Utah, I would go to gospel principals because I learned and understood better in there. And of course, I had been inactive in the church for so long, I hardly knew anything about the church. Well walking into gospel principals here, I started getting questions like "how long have you been interested in the church??" I was like ........ huh?? Then they asked me to stand and intorduce myself. So I stand up not knowing what to say so I was like "Hi. I'm candice. I just moved here from Utah..." before I could even say more they were like Oh! A Utah girl! Then after a few minutes of being confused someone leaned in and was like "this is the investigators class." Oh man. My face went red. I don't know why... but I suddenly felt really out of place. I went on to tell them that I have only been active for a bout a year now... yada yada yada.... and there I was sitting with a bunch of investigators listening to the lesson. By the end I was in tears. I felt the spirit more then I ever had in my whole life in that one class. Right when I went to get up, the two missionaries started asking me questions.. low and behold we were friends with the same people, and they were both from Utah too. That was the day I met Elder Clontz and Elder King. Now let me say this, I promised to help the missionaries.. I didn't promise to build a relationship. In fact, I didn't think you could really ever be friends with missionaries. I always have tried my best to stay distant from any missionary I came in contact with.
Well that week I found myself sitting across the table from them at a ward party laughing and talking like we had been friends for years. That sunday they were sitting at my dinner table, and I was feeding them dinner... and it became a weekly thing. Every night before they left I asked if they needed anything. They learned quick they could even ask for peanut butter M&M's and I would get it to them.  Ha. I frequently found myself on the candy Isle for those two silly boys
I started gettin close to them. I told them EVERYTHING and they always asked me about Kyle. I am pretty sure Elder king has heard it all, he basically knows my life story. :P They like to make fun of me, and do mess with me. Such brats! haha. Needless to say, these boys became some of my best friends here. Now some people, think that it is bad. A girl should NOT be close to a missionary. But I have to say, it is what kept me sane here. And it is what made the trasition with kyle easier. They were there, they shared scripture after scripture.... they understood. And they have built my testimony so much. I will forever be thankful for these two sweet boys who came into my life. I hope I have touched their life as much as they have touched mine.
Elder King got transfered the beginning of December so we said "goodbye" then. Last night I had to say goodby to Elder Clontz. Such a bitter sweet moment.  I hope kyle builds awesome friendships with the people in his mission, just as the two have with me!
